Last week my Republican colleagues brought an extreme bill to the House Natural Resources Committee that would harm climate & habitat programs by rescinding billions in Inflation Reduction Act funding. I was honored to introduce an amendment protecting critical IRA investments by striking the bill’s shortsighted clawbacks.
